Yes, we do offer a discount on any additional repairs. Please stop into a store location or contact us for a more accurate quote on your device.
I have more than one device that is broken, do you offer a deal on the second repair?
Yes, you would receive $10 off on the second repair (Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion).
How long does it take to repair my phone?
Most devices are repaired within 2-3 hours when the part is in stock. If the device is mailed in, it can take 24-48 hours for it to be repaired and mailed out.
What should I do if I want to mail my device in for repair?
If you would like to do a mail-in repair, please visit our Mail-In Repair Submission page.
What if I already purchased the part needed for repair?
We can use your part but we cannot give our Lifetime Warranty with the repair.
What devices do you repair?
We repair iPhones, iPods, iPads, Android Phones, Basic Cell Phones, & Tablets.
Do you offer a warranty?
All of our repairs come with a Lifetime Parts and Labor Warranty. This even includes water damage.
Do you buy or sell phones?
Yes, we buy and sell a wide variety of cell phones. This includes iPhones, Android Phones, Windows Phones, BlackBerry's & More! We also sell basic flip and texting phones (Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile).
What are your normal hours of operation?
Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 7:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am - 7:00pm
Do you sell parts?
We do sell parts, but pricing is not listed on the website. For pricing, please call the store location closest to you.
Do I need to make an appointment to have my phone repaired?
No appointments are necessary, but they can be set. Calling ahead for more accurate quote times is best.

Does your warranty cover accidental damage?
No, we cannot cover any form of accidental damage.
What if you cannot repair my device, do I still have to pay?
No, we do not charge anything for unsuccessful repairs.
Do you fix water damage?
Yes, we do repair water damage. If your device has been wet, the best thing to do is to power it off right away. Do not plug it in to charge or try a new battery. We offer a free diagnosis on all repairs and for the highest probability of repair, bring it in ASAP.
What are some of your most common repairs?
We repair a lot of Apple products (iPod Touch, iPad, iPhone). The most common repair we do is the glass screen replacement on those devices.
Do you sell cases and accessories?
Yes, we sell both cases and accessories for cell phone and tablets. We have a wide variety of Otterbox, Ballistic, Speck, Incipio and other great name brand cases.
