I have an Iphone 4s and also had insurance on the phone. Took it to Verizon due to the back of the phone being shattered and they said it would cost $120 with insurance to repair. I found the Genius store for phone repairs and they were quick and efficient. It only took less than 5 minutes and cost $30. Much more affordable and more efficient than any other place I had been too. Thank you so much for your kindness and for being quick and affordable.

We recently brought our damaged iPhone in for repair to Genius and the customer service was very good. We talked with three individuals and all were professional and explained in detail the repair/service process. The price was quite reasonable. Highly recommended!

My phone had sustained substantial water damage, apparently, it's not a good idea to bring you phone in the river when you're fishing! I discovered this company through a friend who told me they did good work. My first impression when I walked into the store was that these guys know their iPhones! I told them my situation and it seemed like it was a routine fix for them! Not to mention the quote they gave me was $100 cheaper than my insurance! Needless to say, I had a few stores on alpine that I needed to stop at and by the time I had finished my phone was ready! It looked like it had never been submersed in the river for a few minutes. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a quick fix with a very reasonable cost!

I was referred by a friend of mine so I went into the Grandville GENIUS and they took my smashed up iphone 4 and replaced the front glass and back glass in less than a couple of hours. The two employees that helped me were both friendly and the now my iphone looks basically brand new. They have made me a happy customer and I would be happy to recommend them going forward.

The screen of my Motorola Atrix shattered and I brought it to Genius Phone Repair to have it fixed. I was able to drop it off and pick it up about 2 hours later. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. And, my new screen works great.

Great friendly service. Went in the store upset, came out thankful and happy!! Tyler fixed my phone in 15 min---if I would have made an ins claim-it would have been up to 2 weeks. Easy location in grandville on wilson and i understand 1 in muskegon and on alpine! Unbelievable to have my phone fixed same day---the cost was also unbelievable compared to my deductible with insurance from my carrier! wow--(why have ins when there are places like this to fix phones???crazy!!!10.00 month extra -much longer wait -and much higher cost! )---not worth it!! When I had an upgrade on my Verizon account, the guys at Genius took my Droid 3 off my hands for a great price! It paid for half of my new Razr Maxx! They've also customized my phone with a white Razr faceplate, making my new Razr Maxx one of a kind! They did a special order and got me the part. They do great work, and have great customer service! These guys know their stuff!

My son's iPod Touch had the dreaded battery issue and the idea of spending $45 for a battery for an older generation iPod that my 10yr old was using wasn't sitting too well in my stomach. I did not want to mail it away for the replacement because I've had terrible experiences with that in the past. I was pretty happy to snag a Living Social deal for Genius, $25 for $50 worth of repair services. I dropped off the iPod and it was ready less than 24hrs later. The tech was very thorough in explaining how to get the most power out of the battery by showing me some of the settings I could change, he also gave me some direction on how to drain and recharge the battery a few times. The service and parts come with a warranty and that also gives me a lot of confidence knowing they'll stand behind their work. If I have any phone or small electronics issues in the future, they will definitely be my first stop.

I live a few hours away on the east side of Michigan and I ended up mailing my Motorola Droid Bionic to Genius Phone Repair to have my broken glass screen replaced. They actually called and let me know when they received my device, they called when it was finished - something you never see from a business anymore - truly great personalized customer service. My repair looks great but I'm even more impressed by there level of service.
